Larry L. Oteham, BS, DC, DO - Program Director

Dr. Larry Oteham is the Director of the Family Medicine Residency Program at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

He is a graduate of (University Health Sciences) Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences.  He received his Bachelors Degree from Indiana State University and Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Logan College of Chiropractic, St. Louis, Missouri. 

He spent 10 years in his own practice in St. Louis Missouri and 3 years teaching at Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pikeville KY.  

Dr. Oteham was raised on a farm in western Indiana.  He enjoys fishing, golf, boating and travel.  He has received numerous awards for teaching to include: Educator of the Year, Golden Apple Award, SSA Award for Outstanding Support. 

He starts each day with a smile and lives by the motto of Hardwork and Fair Play.

John Manire, DO

Dr. John Manire is a native of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, and most recently, Louisville. He completed undergraduate studies at Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee. Dr. Manire attended medical school at the University of Pikeville, Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pikeville, Kentucky.

Cassandra Kendrick, DO

Dr. Cassandra Kendrick is a native of Richmond, Kentucky. She completed undergraduate studies at Eastern Kentucky University. Dr. Kendrick attended medical school at the University of Pikeville, Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pikeville, Kentucky.

Jessica Lemons, DO

Dr. Jessica Lemons is a native of Sparta, Tennessee. She completed undergraduate studies at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Dr. Lemons attended medical school at Lincoln Memorial University - DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Thomas Loesevitz, DO

Dr. Thomas Loesevitz is a native of Germany.  He moved to Elizabethtown, Kentucky in 2001. He completed undergraduate studies at the University of Kentucky. Dr. Loesevitz attended medical school at the University of Pikeville, Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pikeville, Kentucky.
