Lung Cancer Screening
If you are a current or former smoker, you may be at risk for lung cancer. A recent national study involving over 50,000 smokers showed that lung CT scans using relatively low doses of radiation can effectively screen for lung cancer and most importantly, lower the risk of dying from lung cancer.
That's why Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital is offering a Lung Cancer Screening Program.
