Inpatient Registration Information
On the day of your admission, you will need to bring a few things to the hospital. Please bring personal items such as a robe, slippers, and toilet articles. Also, bring your insurance card or Medicaid or Medicare card.
If your hospital visit is work-related, please bring the workers' compensation claim number and any claim forms required by your employer. If your hospital visit is due to a car accident, please bring your auto insurance information.
Please note that Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital is a tobacco-free campus.
Price Estimation and Benefits Line
At Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital, we have a dedicated Price Estimation and Benefits Line to provide you with estimated costs for services received at the hospital. In addition, insurance plan benefits can be verified to provide a custom estimate, identifying the cost of the services and the out-of-pocket expenses you may incur.
This line is available Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., and is an excellent resource to identify and plan for your healthcare expenses.
