iLake Cumberland Regional Hospital’s pediatric doctors provide a full range of quality services to keep children and adolescents healthy. Our pediatric care team is dedicated to making children and parents as comfortable as possible, as well as providing a welcoming environment with friendly, caring staff.
The Pediatric Unit at Lake Cumberland contains 10 beds. These beds are "telemetry monitored," meaning our caring nurses can always see your little one's heart rate and rhythm while they are on the monitor.
With access to two pediatric-trained hospitalists from UK HealthCare’s Kentucky Children’s Hospital on our team, we have the ability to bring the expertise of the region’s most advanced pediatric care right here, close to home.
LCRH strives to provide access to the highest level of care possible for our pediatric patients and their families, which is why we've partnered with one of the leading Children's Hospital's in Kentucky to make ensure our region's young people receive the best care possible. This also means that means if your child needs advanced specialty care, our two pediatric hospitalists have knowledge of and access to their colleagues who can best care for your child’s specific needs.
