Heart Month Student Design Contest 2025

Help Us Celebrate American Heart Month and Live Our Healthiest Lives!

Designs should focus on promoting a healthy lifestyle for maintaining a healthy heart.
Open to students aged K-12th grade.
Any medium (marker, paint, digital, etc.) is allowed.
Participants must submit their original work. Group submissions are allowed.
To submit, upload either scans or photographs by filling out the form using the link below.
Designs can also be dropped off in the administration office at LCRH (305 Langdon St., somerset, KY 42503)
The classroom size limit for the distribution of t-shirts is 30.
Students may use the supplied template, but it is not required.
The Contest Deadline is February 24th, 2025
The winner will be announced on February 28th, 2025
Grand Prize: T-shirts for your class printed with the winning design plus a pizza party (up to 30 students)!

Contest Guidelines

By submitting an entry, participants confirm they are the original creator of the artwork/design and that the submission is wholly original and does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital reserves the right to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute submitted artwork/designs in any medium, including digital, print, and promotional materials, without additional compensation to the entrant.
By participating in this contest, all entrants agree that any artwork or designs submitted become the exclusive property of Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital upon submission.
By entering the contest, participants grant Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital the right to publicly display their artwork in both physical and digital spaces, including, but not limited to, social media platforms, website, and hospital premises.
Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital reserves the right to make modifications, adaptations, or alterations to the submitted designs as deemed necessary for display or other purposes.
Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise.
